The Power of Healthy Eating PlansPlease don't tell me you had McDonalds for lunch. If you ever watched "Super Size Me", then I would be surprised if you ever ate at McDonalds again. Healthy eating plans DO NOT include fast food. Fast food is the prime reason our nation is obese and in poor health. We've got to learn to unprogram ourselves from seeking fast food. Don't buy into the commercials that act like you will have a wonderful and healthy day if you scarf down a value meal. This is not reality.
